BioI guess this is the space where I am supposed to tell you a little about myself. I decided to create this journal to track my weight loss progress as I am currently in the process of losing quite a bit of weight. I started my journey in January 2006 and have been working with a personal trainer ever since. I've lost a total of 92 pounds so far.
My name is Missy and I'm currently 26 years old. I reside in London, ON, Canada and have lived here for about 6 years now. I live with my common-law boyfriend Matt and my 3 cats (Jasper, Toby and Sage).
